A driver's license is a license to kill. James Bond has nothing on NYC auxiliary cops. From MyFoxNY, July 3:

Officer Identified In Police Van Incident
The driver of the auxiliary police van who accidentally hit a [sic] killed a pedestrian on Friday has been identified.

85-year old Auxiliary Deputy Chief Shuck Seid was behind the wheel of the van outside of the 5th Precinct in Chinatown.

Seid has [sic] accidentally stepped on the gas instead of the brake and hit 55-year old Kok Hoe Tee of Brooklyn who was run over and killed.

No charges have been filed against officer Seid.
